Ingredients
- 250 grams tomatoes blanched, peeled and chopped
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 spring onions with greens, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornflour, dissolved in 4 tablespoons water
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add spring onion, ginger-garlic paste and sauté for two minutes. Add four cups water.
- Once the water comes to a boil, add tomatoes and mix well.
- Add soy sauce, salt. Reduce flame and add egg slowly.
- Add corn flour mixture and stir well. Cook till thick.
- Serve hot.
