Ingredients for Three colour Salad Recipe

  • Capsicum chopped 1 medium

  • Eggs boiled 2

  • Green peas 1 tablespoon

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Cabbage shredded 1 small

  • Green chilli chopped 3

  • Salt to taste

  • Cheese grated 2 tablespoons

  • Oregano tablespoons

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix cheese, oregano, green peas, grated carrots, onion, capsicum, cabage, gren chillies, eggs and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Serve on top of a bread slice.
