Lightly crack the claws and back of the crab. To make the marinade mix together the chilli, garlic and ginger pastes, lemon juice, eggs, gram flour and salt in a bowl. Apply the mixture to the crabs and leave to marinate for thirty minutes. Place the crabs in a baking tray and bake for fifteen minutes. Baste with butter and bake for five more minutes. Serve hot.
