Ingredients list for Sweet Crunchy Hearts

  • 300 grams Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chopped
  • Edible sprinklers for decorating
  • for greasing Butter 3 tablespoons +
  • 5 cups Rice crispies

Method

  1. Take marshmellows in a bowl. Add butter and heat in a microwave for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix till it melts completely.
  2. Add rice crispies and mix well.
  3. Spread an aluminium sheet on a worktop and brush it with butter. Spread the marshmellow-crispie mixture on it with greased palms. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Using a heart shape cutter, cut out heart shapes from the marshmellow-crispie mixture.
  5. Take dark chocolate in another bowl and melt in the microwave for a minute. Remove from heat and mix till smooth.

  7. Place on a serving dish, decorate with edible sprinklers and serve.
