Ingredients for Sweet Crunchy Hearts Recipe

  • Marshmallows 300 grams

  • Dark chocolate chopped 1 cup

  • Edible sprinklers for decorating

  • Butter 3 tablespoons + for greasing

  • Rice crispies 5 cups


Step 1

Take marshmellows in a bowl. Add butter and heat in a microwave for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix till it melts completely.

Step 2

Add rice crispies and mix well.

Step 3

Spread an aluminium sheet on a worktop and brush it with butter. Spread the marshmellow-crispie mixture on it with greased palms. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4

Using a heart shape cutter, cut out heart shapes from the marshmellow-crispie mixture.

Step 5

Take dark chocolate in another bowl and melt in the microwave for a minute. Remove from heat and mix till smooth.

Step 6

Place on a serving dish, decorate with edible sprinklers and serve.
