Ingredients list for Strawberry Swirls
- 10-12 Strawberries chopped
- 2 cups Thick yogurt whisked
- 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
Method
- Tie up the yogurt in a muslin cloth and hang, preferably in the refrigerator, till most of the water drains away. Mix together yogurt, sugar and icecream.
- Keep aside two tablespoons of the chopped strawberries and add the rest to the yogurt mixture and blend in a mixer.
- Spoon into individual bowls and chill.
- Sprinkle the remaining strawberries on the top and serve.
