By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Jun 2014 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Advertisment Main Ingredients Fish, Ginger Cuisine Thai Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Steamed Fish 8 Fish 1 inch piece Ginger cut into thin strips 6-8 cloves Garlic, crushed 2-3 Green chillies, seeded and chopped to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Lemon juice 1 Lemon, cut into roundels 1/4 bunch Fresh coriander leaves Method Cut the fish fillets into big chunks. Place the fish pieces in a clay pot. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and salt. Add lemon juice and mix. Add lemon roundels and half a cup of water. Put the lid on and bring it to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for about four minutes. Chop the coriander leaves along with their stems and add it to the boiling fish.
