Ingredients list for Sprouted Moong Salad

  • 1 cup Sprouted Moong steamed
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato chopped

Method

  1. Mix together sprouted moong, onion, tomato, salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice and roasted cumin powder in a bowl.
  2. Chill and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
