Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup mixed sprouts boiled
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon ginger chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
  • a pinch white pepper powder

Method

  1. Heat butter in a non stick pan, add garlic, ginger and cook till golden brown.
  2. Add onions and saute till light brown. Add tomato puree and cook for a minute.
  3. Add red chilli powder, mixed sprouts, cabbage saute for a minute and add vegetable stock, salt and sugar and let it simmer for fifteen to twenty minutes.
  4. Serve hot garnished with coriander and white pepper powder.
