Ingredients list for Shrikhand With Stewed Apricots

  • 2 cups Hung yogurt
  • 15-20 Golden apricots
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 10-15 Pistachios sliced

Method

  1. Slice the golden apricots. Put them in a pan, add one and half cups of water and two tablespoons of sugar and mix. Cook on low heat for fifteen to twenty minutes.
  2. Take hung yogurt in another bowl. Add the remaining sugar and mix. Squeeze this mixture through a muslin cloth.
  3. Put the shrikhand in stemmed glasses. Remove the stewed apricots from heat and put them on top of the shrikhand.
    Garnish with pistachios and serve.
