Ingredients list for Sesame Crackers
- 1/4 cup White sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds (charoli/chironji)
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Combine sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds in a bowl and mix well.
- Stir in salt into half cup water until dissolved.Add water to seed mixture and stir well. Set aside for five to ten minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
- Line a baking tray with a silicon sheet. Spread the mixture evenly on the sheet. Put the tray in the preheated oven for fifteen minutes. Remove from oven, flip over and bake for another ten minutes.
- Decrease oven temperature to 150° and bake for another ten minutes or till completely dry. Remove from oven and cool.
- Serve.
