Ingredients list for Sausages in Hot Dog
- 6-8 Chicken Sausages
 - 4 Hot Dog Buns
 - 1 teaspoon Oil
 - 1 medium Onion
 - 1/2 medium Green capsicum
 - 1 tablespoon Schezwan chutney
 - 4 teaspoons Mustard paste
 
Method
- Cut chicken sausages into 1 inch pieces. Roughly chop onion and green capsicum.
 - Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till light brown. Add green capsicum and chicken sausages and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
 - Add Schezwan chutney, mix well and switch off the heat.
 - Heat a non-stick grill pan. Slit the hot dog buns without cutting through, place them on the grill pan, one by one, and let them get heated through.
 - Apply 1 tsp mustard paste on the inner side of each bun. Place the chicken stuffing over the mustard paste, keep them on individual serving plates and serve.
