Ingredients list for Santra Basundi
- 1/2 cup Orange juice
- 12-15 Orange segments
- Milk 1 litre
- 1 cup Condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Heat milk in a non-stick pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and stir continuously till reduced. Remove from heat, cool and transfer into a bowl.
- Add condensed milk and mix. Add cardamom powder and orange juice and mix well.
- Add orange segments reserving some for garnishing and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Put few reserved orange segments in the bottom of a serving glass, put some basundi and serve.
