Ingredients list for Samosa Chaat
- 4 large Samosas
- 1 cup Yogurt Whisked and chilled
- 1/2 cup Sweet tamarind chutney
- 1/2 cup Green chutney
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder roasted
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 8 Puris crushed paani puri
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Heat a tawa. Flatten the samosas slightly and place them on the tawa and heat over medium heat. When the samosas are heated through and slightly crisp on both sides, place them in individual plates.
- Pour the chilled yogurt over the samosas and top with the sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, crushed paani puris and coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately.
