Ingredients list for Rose Ice Cream
- 2 tablespoons Rose Syrup
- 750 millilitres Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 tablespoon Gulkand
- 1 1/2 Dried rose petals
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 tablespoons Honey
Method
- Whip cream in a bowl. Add honey, rose syrup and whip again. Add gulkand, dried rose petals and mix well.
- Place vanilla ice cream in a big bowl and add the above mixture to it and mix well.
- Pour into a plastic ice cream box and close the lid. Keep it in the freezer to set completely. Scoop out into individual bowls and serve.
