Ingredients list for Red Pumpkin Soup
- 1 kilograms Red Pumpkin
 - Butter
 - 4 tablespoons Butter
 - 3 Bay leaves
 - 15-20 Black peppercorns
 - 3 large Onions sliced
 - to taste Salt
 - 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
 - 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
 - 1/2 cup Fresh cream
 
Method
- Heat butter in a pressure cooker, add bay leaves and black peppercorns. Add onions and sauté for two minutes.
 - Add diced pumpkin, sauté for half a minute.
 - Add four cups water and pressure cook until one whistle is given out.
 - Strain excess stock and reserve.
 - Puree the vegetables.
 - Add the reserved stock and one cup of water to puree to reach the required consistency.
