Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai. Divide the paste into small pakoris and deep fry them till golden brown in color. Drain on absorbent paper. In a non-stick pan add sugar and one cup of water and cook till sugar dissolves. Add the pakoris in the syrup and green cardamom powder and mix well.
