Ingredients list for RasBadi
- 3/4 cup Split Black Gram Skinless soaked
- to deep fry Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Grind the dal to a thin paste.
- Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai. Divide the paste into small pakoris and deep fry them till golden brown in color.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- In a non-stick pan add sugar and one cup of water and cook till sugar dissolves.
- Add the pakoris in the syrup and green cardamom powder and mix well.
- Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool.Serve.
