Ingredients list for Rajgira Laddoo - SK Khazana

  • 2 cups Puffed amaranth
  • 3/4 cup Jaggery chopped
  • 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add jaggery and little water, mix well and cook on low heat till jaggery melts completely.
  2. Add rajgira, peanuts and green cardamom powder, mix well and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Dampen palms with a little water, take portions of the mixture and shape into medium sized laddoo. Make more laddoos similarly.
  4. Arrange the laddoos on a serving plate and serve or store in an airtight container.
