Ingredients list for Quick Chocolate Mousse
- 250 grams Dark chocolate grated
- 150 grams Marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Method
Heat plenty of water in a deep non-stick pan. Place a glass bowl over the water. Put the grated chocolate and marshmallows in it. Add butter and 4 tbsps water and allow them to melt. Meanwhile whip the cream in another bowl till it stands in peaks. When the chocolate begins to melt, remove the bowl from over the water and whisk well till all the ingredients blend well. Add this mixture to the whipped cream and mix gently. Add vanilla essence and mix. Pour the mixture into stemmed glasses and keep in the refrigerator to set. Serve chilled.
