Ingredients list for Puri for Pani Puri-SK Khazana
- 1 cup Semolina (suji/rawa)
- 1/4 cup Refined flour (maida)
- to cook Salt
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Knead together semolina, flour and salt with sufficient water into a soft dough. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into mini portions and roll into thin puris.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in the puris and deep-fry till puffed up and golden. Dain on absorbent paper.
- Use as required.
