Ingredients list for Puri for Pani Puri-SK Khazana

  • 1 cup Semolina (suji/rawa)
  • 1/4 cup Refined flour (maida)
  • to cook Salt
  • to deep fry Oil

Method

  1. Knead together semolina, flour and salt with sufficient water into a soft dough. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into mini portions and roll into thin puris.
  3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in the puris and deep-fry till puffed up and golden. Dain on absorbent paper.
  4. Use as required.
