Ingredients for Puri for Pani Puri-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Semolina (suji/rawa) 1 cup

  • Refined flour (maida) 1/4 cup

  • Salt to cook

  • Oil to deep fry


Step 1

Knead together semolina, flour and salt with sufficient water into a soft dough. Set aside for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Divide the dough into mini portions and roll into thin puris.

Step 3

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in the puris and deep-fry till puffed up and golden. Dain on absorbent paper.

Step 4

Use as required.
