Ingredients list for Puri - SK Khazana
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Semolina (rawa / suji)
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespo to deep fry Oil
Method
- Mix together flour, semolina, salt and oil along with water as required. Knead into stiff dough.
- Cover with a damp cloth and set aside to rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions, apply a little oil and roll out into puris.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the puris, one at a time, till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Arrange the puris in serving plates and serve hot with a bowl of aloo bhaji.
