Ingredients list for Pizza Cones
- as required Pizza sauce
- 200 grams Dough readymade. for pizza
- ¼ medium Red capsicum cut into 1 inch pieces
- ¼ medium Yellow capsicum cut into 1 inch pieces
- ¼ medium Green capsicum cut into 1 inch pieces
- ½ cup Chicken boiled and cubed
- to taste Salt
- to sprinkle Mixed herbs dried
- to sprinkle Red chilli flakes
- 100 grams Mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
Method
- Preheat oven at 180ºC.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 2 inch long strips. Roll each strip around a cone mould.
- Place them on a baking tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove, cool and demould.
- Fill up the cones with a layer of pizza sauce followed by three coloured capsicums and chicken. Sprinkle salt, mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Top with cheese cubes.
- Place them on a baking tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes or till the cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
