Ingredients for Penne In Thousand Island Recipe

  • Penne pasta boiled 1 cup

  • Thousand island dressing 1/2 cup

  • Green capsicum cut into small pieces 1/2 medium

  • French beans large diagonal pieces, blanched 3-4

  • Broccoli separated into small florets, blanched 1/4 small

  • Carrots large pieces, blanched 1 medium

  • Black olives 4-5

  • Lettuce leaves torn 5-6

  • Basil leaves 3-4

  • Cherry tomatoes halved 10-12


Step 1

Place the penne in a large bowl.

Step 2

Add green capsicum, French beans, broccoli, carrot, black olives, lettuce and sweet basil and toss.

Step 3

Add cherry tomatoes and Thousand Island dressing and mix well.

Step 4

Serve chilled.
