Ingredients for Pedewali Meethi Lassi Recipe

  • Yogurt 3 cups

  • Malai Peda 1 cup

  • Malai peda crumbled 600

  • Ice cubes crushed 1 cup

  • Fresh malai as required

  • Almonds slivered 4


Step 1

Place the yogurt in the blender jar.

Step 2

Add the sugar and three crumbled pedas and blend till smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend again. Pour into tall glasses. Top with malai, some more crumbled pedas and almond slivers.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
