Ingredients list for Peanut Raisin Bar
- 1 cup Roasted Peanuts roasted and crushed
- 3/4 cup Seedless Raisins wash and wiped
- 1/4 cup + to grease Butter
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 1/2 cups Corn flakes, cereal
Method
- Grease a tray.
- Heat butter in a pan. Add sugar and honey. Mix and simmer for three minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add raisins, crushed peanuts and cornflakes and mix. Transfer into the tray, spread and press firmly with a flat spoon. Make marks with knife while mixture is still warm.
- When cool, cut and separate the pieces and serve.
