Ingredients list for Peanut Egg Masala
- 2 Eggs whisked
- 1 large Onions
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 cup Peanuts fried
Method
- Heat a non stick pan, add the eggs and cook on medium heat. Scramble well till cooked.
- Add salt, pepper powder and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, saute onions till pink. Add lemon juice, fried peanuts and scrambled eggs. Mix well and serve hot.
