Ingredients list for Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Peanuts
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- to taste Sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- slices White bread toasted
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Spread peanuts on a baking tray and roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven, transfer the peanuts into a mixer jar and grind to a
paste. - Add oil, salt and honey and grind again to a smooth paste.
- Transfer into a serving bowl. Spread over toasted bread slices and serve.
