Ingredients list for Peach Surprise
- 1 cup Peach tinned
- 1 teaspoon Peach syrup
- as required Ice cubes
- ¼ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- to taste Salt
- 1 Lemon wedges
- as required Soda
- as required Fresh mint leaves chopped
Method
- Blend together peach and some ice cubes till crushed.
- Spread castor sugar on a plate, add salt and mix well. Rub lemon wedge on the rim of martini glasses and coat with sugar-salt mixture.
- Pour some crushed peach mixture and put some lemon slices in each glass. Pour some peach syrup and fill up the glasses with some soda.
- Put some mint leaves on top, stir and serve chilled.
