This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Apr 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Penne pasta, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking High Others Veg Ingredients list for Pasta Cake 1 packet Penne pasta 3 tablespoons Oil 2 medium Onions,cut into ¼ inch pieces to taste Salt 1 Green capsicum,cut into ¼ inch pieces 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 bottle Tomato basil sauce 1 1/2 cups White sauce 2 cups Processed cheese,grated Method Preheat oven to 180°C. Boil penne, drain and refresh in cold water. Drain again and apply 1 tbsp oil. Grease a spring form cake tin. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non stick pan, add onions and sauté for a minute. Add green capsicum, salt and black pepper powder and mix. Add tomato basil sauce and mix. Add penne pasta and mix well. Add ½ cup white sauce and mix well. Transfer into the spring form tin, press lightly and level the surface. Put the remaining white sauce on top. Sprinkle cheese and pat lightly. Keep the cake tin in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 150°C and bake for 30 minutes. Let it stand for a few minutes.
