Ingredients list for Papad Paneer Rolls
- 8 Papad
- 150 grams Cottage Cheese cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1-2 Green chillies chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 inch p Ginger chopped
- to taste Salt
Method
- Mix together cottage cheese, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, ginger and salt. Cut each papad into half.
- Roast directly over an open flame or on a hot tawa and shape immediately into a cone. Arrange the cones in a deep bowl and stuff them with the cottage cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
