Ingredients
- 1½ cups steel cut oats
- 2½ tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons coco powder
- 1 banana
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 apple
- ½ orange
- 6-7 seedless dates, chopped
- Fresh mixed berries for garnish
- Mixed chopped nuts for garnish
- 1½ tablespoons yogurt to serve
Method
- In a blender jar, add banana, milk, coco powder, honey and blend till smooth.
- Grate apple in a bowl, squeeze the orange juice in it, and add oats, chia seeds, dates and the prepared chocolate-banana milk.
- Mix well, cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 7-8 hours.
- Discard the cling wrap and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and place mixed fresh berries, sprinkle chopped nuts and top it with yogurt. Serve immediately.
