Ingredients list for Olive Sandwich
- 1/2 cup Green Olives sliced
- 1/2 cup Burger Bun sliced
- 8 small Burger buns
- 2 Cheese slices
- 10-12 Pickled jalapenos
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 16 teaspoons Cheese spread
- 4-5 Iceberg lettuce leaves
- to taste Salt
- Alfalfa sprouts for topping
- Crushed black peppercorns for sprinkle
Method
- Chop green olives, black olives and jalapenos in a chopper. Slice tomatoes. Halve the burger buns.
- Cut each cheese slice in 4 small pieces.
- Spread 1 tsp cheese spread on each bun half. Place chopped ingredients on bottom half of each bun.
- Roughly tear lettuce leaves and place over it, place a cheese piece, 2 tomato slices and sprinkle salt. Top with alfalfa sprouts, sprinkle crushed peppercorns and cover each sandwich with the top half of the buns.
- Arrange on a serving plate and serve immediately.
