Slice tomatoes. Halve the burger buns. Cut each cheese slice in 4 small pieces. Spread 1 tsp cheese spread on each bun half. Place chopped ingredients on bottom half of each bun. Roughly tear lettuce leaves and place over it, place a cheese piece, 2 tomato slices and sprinkle salt. Top with alfalfa sprouts, sprinkle crushed peppercorns and cover each sandwich with the top half of the buns. Arrange on a serving plate and serve immediately.
