Ingredients list for No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 cups Rolled (porridge) oats
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts

Method

  1. Heat butter in non stick pan. Add sugar and mix well. Add cocoa powder and mix well. Add condensed milk and mix well. Cook, stirring frequently.
  2. Add peanut butter and mix well. Add milk and mix well. Add oats and mix well. Cook till thick and switch off heat.Coarsely crush almonds in a grinder. Add walnuts and crush again.
  3. Reserve some crushed nuts for garnish and add remaining to oats mixture and mix well.Drop portions of the oat mixture with help of a spoon on a butter paper and sprinkle reserved crushed nuts on top.
  4. Refrigerate for ½ an hour or till completely set. Store in an airtight container.
