Ingredients list for No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
- 4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 3 cups Rolled (porridge) oats
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
Method
- Heat butter in non stick pan. Add sugar and mix well. Add cocoa powder and mix well. Add condensed milk and mix well. Cook, stirring frequently.
- Add peanut butter and mix well. Add milk and mix well. Add oats and mix well. Cook till thick and switch off heat.Coarsely crush almonds in a grinder. Add walnuts and crush again.
- Reserve some crushed nuts for garnish and add remaining to oats mixture and mix well.Drop portions of the oat mixture with help of a spoon on a butter paper and sprinkle reserved crushed nuts on top.
- Refrigerate for ½ an hour or till completely set. Store in an airtight container.
