Ingredients list for Nested Veg Cheesey Bread Roll
- 10 Bread slices
- 2 medium Potatoes boiled and mashed
- 2 teaspoon Green chilli paste
Method
- In a bowl mix together potato, green chilli paste, French beans, carrots, green peas, Salt, black pepper powder, mint leaves, sugar, coriander leaves, dry mango powder and garam masala. Mix well to make a soft dough. Divide into 10 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a ball and stuff each with mozzarella cheese. Roll into balls again.
- Soak the bread in milk for half a minute and squeeze the excess milk and place the mixed vegetable ball in the center and wrap the edges of the bread to make a perfect ball. Similarly make the other rolls.
- Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the rolls till golden and crisp. Remove on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
