Heat oil in a non stick pan add garlic and saute till golden brown. Add soya sauce, salt, pepper powder, chopped mushroom stems and saute for a minute. Add cheese and mix well.Remove from heat and cool. Stuff the mushroom with the cheese mixture and keep them aside. In a bowl combine cornflour, salt and water and make a thick consistancy batter. Heat oil in a kadai dip the mushrooms in the cornflour batter, coat the in the breadcrums and deep fry till golden brown.
