Ingredients list for Mushroom And Pea Soup

  • 6 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 5-6 Mushrooms
  • 2-3 Spring onion greens
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Egg white
  • a pinch MSG
  • 1-2 teaspoons Soy sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Peppercorns


  1. Clean mushrooms and chop into quarters. Cut the spring onion greens into ¾” pieces. Peel and dice carrot.
  2. Cut boiled chicken into cubes. Boil peas, mushrooms, carrots in chicken broth till done. While it is boiling, add chicken cubes and spring onion greens. Beat egg white lightly and drop into the boiling soup through a sieve. Add Ajinomoto, soya sauce and lastly, salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with bread.
