Ingredients list for Mulled Wine
- 500 millilitres Red Wine
- 1 Spices cut into small pieces
- 1 Apple chopped
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 2 inch Cinnamon stick
- 4-5 Cloves
- 2 Star anise
Method
- Heat red wine in a deep non-stick pan.
- Heat orange peel pieces and add in the pan alongwith apple pieces, brown sugar, broken cinnamon, cloves and star anise. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the drink into individual glasses alongwith the apple pieces.
- Serve warm.
