Cool and skin them. Pound slightly so that the nuts are broken into big pieces and not powdered. Add green cardamom powder and mix. Cook the jaggery to make a thick syrup. When you put a drop of the syrup in water it should form a hard ball. Add the ghee and peanuts and mix. Remove from the fire. With greased palms form into laddoos.
