Ingredients list for Mojito Pops
- 2 Lemons
- ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves
- 4 tablespoons Sugar syrup
- to taste Salt
Method
- Cut one lemon into thin slices and deseed.
- Cut the other lemon into half.
- Quarter one half and put into a glass. Keep the other half aside.
- Add mint leaves and muddle well.
- Transfer it into a large jar, add salt, sugar syrup and juice of remaining half lemon and sufficient water and stir well.
- Cut the sliced lemon into half and put each half in a popsicle mould.
- Add crushed ice and the mojito mixture and top with more crushed ice.
- Set in the freezer for 1-2 hours or till set.
- Serve chilled.
