Cut the other lemon into half. Quarter one half and put into a glass. Keep the other half aside. Add mint leaves and muddle well. Transfer it into a large jar, add salt, sugar syrup and juice of remaining half lemon and sufficient water and stir well. Cut the sliced lemon into half and put each half in a popsicle mould. Add crushed ice and the mojito mixture and top with more crushed ice. Set in the freezer for 1-2 hours or till set.
