Ingredients list for Mithai Bake
- 500 grams boondi laddoo
- 200 grams Gulab jamuns mini
- ½ litre Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 3-4 teaspo Condensed milk
- 50 grams Mawa (khoya) grated
- Mixed dried fruits chopped
Method
- To make rabdi, heat a non-stick pan. Add milk and let it reduce. Add sugar and condensed milk, mix well and reduce further for 2-3 minutes.
- Crush boondi laddoo and spread in a glass baking dish. Place gulab jamun on top and spread rabdi evenly on top. Top with mawa/khoya and drizzle some condensed milk. Put the dish in the oven and bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
