Ingredients list for Milk And Papaya Refresher

  • 1 medium Papaya peeled and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon rind grated
  • 4 tablespoons Castor sugar (caster sugar)
  • as required Crushed ice
  • for garnish Lemon

Method

  1. Combine papaya, coconut milk or milk, lemon juice, lemon rind, castor sugar and crushed ice in a blender and blend at high speed until the mixture is smooth and thick.
  2. Serve chilled in tumblers garnished with lemon slices.
