Ingredients list for Mawa Khari Samosa - SK Khazana

  • 5 Mawa muffins
  • 150 grams Puff pastry dough
  • 1 tablespoon Green cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup Castor sugar
  • for dusting Refined flour (maida)
  • for brushi Butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Take muffins, cardamom powder and castor sugar in a bowl and crush.
  3. Dust the worktop with some flour, place the pastry dough on it and roll out into a large sheet. Brush the sheet with some butter.
  4. Trim the edges and further cut into 4 squares. Place a portion of muffin mixture in the centre of each square, bring one corner over to the opposite corner to make a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Arrange the triangles on a baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Brush with some butter, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes more.
  7. Serve immediately.
