Ingredients list for Mawa Khari Samosa - SK Khazana
- 5 Mawa muffins
- 150 grams Puff pastry dough
- 1 tablespoon Green cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup Castor sugar
- for dusting Refined flour (maida)
- for brushi Butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Take muffins, cardamom powder and castor sugar in a bowl and crush.
- Dust the worktop with some flour, place the pastry dough on it and roll out into a large sheet. Brush the sheet with some butter.
- Trim the edges and further cut into 4 squares. Place a portion of muffin mixture in the centre of each square, bring one corner over to the opposite corner to make a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Arrange the triangles on a baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Brush with some butter, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes more.
- Serve immediately.
