Ingredients list for Mango kulfi with Mango Topping

  • 1 cup Mango Pulp
  • 100 grams Condensed Milk
  • 175 grams Fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Almond powder
  • 1 tablespoon Pistachios
  • few strand Saffron (kesar)

Method

  1. In a large bowl combine together mango pulp. Condensed milk, fresh cream, powdered sugar, almond powder, pistachios and saffron till smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture in the kulfi moulds and freeze it for two hours. Serve chilled.
