Ingredients list for Mango kulfi with Mango Topping
- 1 cup Mango Pulp
- 100 grams Condensed Milk
- 175 grams Fresh cream
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Almond powder
- 1 tablespoon Pistachios
- few strand Saffron (kesar)
Method
- In a large bowl combine together mango pulp. Condensed milk, fresh cream, powdered sugar, almond powder, pistachios and saffron till smooth.
- Pour the mixture in the kulfi moulds and freeze it for two hours. Serve chilled.
