Ingredients for Mango cream Recipe

  • Fresh cream 1 1/4 cups

  • Sugar 3 tablespoons

  • Green cardamom powder a pinch

  • Saffron (kesar) dissolved in 1 tbsp of milk a few thre

  • Cashewnuts crushed 10

  • Ripe mango peeled and cut into thin strips 1


Step 1

Take cream in a large bowl. Add sugar, green cardamom powder and saffron and mix well.

Step 2

Add cashew nuts and mango and mix it lightly. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator.

Step 3

Before serving keep it in the freezer for ten minutes and serve chilled
