Ingredients list for Mango Granita
- 8 tablespoons Ripe mango puree
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to garnish Lemon rind strips shaped into curls
- to garnish Fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Put mango puree in a jar, add crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and 2 cups water and blend with an electric blender till smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ice trays and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Demould the mango ice cubes, put in the grinder jar and grind well.
- Divide the mixture equally in the serving stemmed glasses, garnish lemon rind curls and mint sprigs and serve immediately.
