Ingredients list for Lychee Baked Yogurt - SK Khazana
- 15-16 + fo Lychees peeled and seeded
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Condensed milk
- 3/4 cup Fresh cream
- 8-10 Pistachios blanched, peeled and slivered
- Dried rose petals for garnish
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160˚C.
- Put the lychees in a blender jar and blend to a coarse paste.
- Take yogurt in a large bowl, add condensed milk, fresh cream and lychee paste and whisk till well combined.
- Transfer into shot glasses till ¾ filled and cover each glass with aluminium foil. Place them on a deep baking tray. Pour water into the baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Take the glasses out of the oven and allow to cool down completely.
- Garnish each glass with a lychee, pistachio slivers and dried rose petals and serve.
