Ingredients list for Lychee Baked Yogurt - SK Khazana

  • 15-16 + fo Lychees peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 8-10 Pistachios blanched, peeled and slivered
  • Dried rose petals for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 160˚C.
  2. Put the lychees in a blender jar and blend to a coarse paste.
  3. Take yogurt in a large bowl, add condensed milk, fresh cream and lychee paste and whisk till well combined.
  4. Transfer into shot glasses till ¾ filled and cover each glass with aluminium foil. Place them on a deep baking tray. Pour water into the baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Take the glasses out of the oven and allow to cool down completely.
  6. Garnish each glass with a lychee, pistachio slivers and dried rose petals and serve.
