Ingredients list for Low Calorie Roast Mushroom
- 500 grams Mushrooms cut
- 2 teaspoons Thyme finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
Method
- Preheat the oven at 200°C
- Take the mushrooms in a large bowl. Add the thyme and garlic to it and mix well.
- Add olive oil, black pepper powder and salt and mix well so that all the mushrooms gets coated.
- Take a baking tray. Put aluminum foil on it. put the mushrooms in the baking tray and bake for forty to forty five minutes by turning the mushrooms in between.
