  • 1 inch Ginger peeled


  1. Cut lemongrass in diamond shapes and put it in a kettle.
  2. Slice ginger and add.
  3. Add 2-3 cups of boiling water and cover the kettle.
  4. Transfer the prepared tea into 4 cups and serve hot.
