Ingredients
- 1 inch 1 inch lemongrass stem
 - 1 inch ginger, peeled
 
Method
- Cut lemongrass in diamond shapes and put it in a kettle.
 - Slice ginger and add.
 - Add 2-3 cups of boiling water and cover the kettle.
 - Transfer the prepared tea into 4 cups and serve hot.
