Ingredients list for Lemon Ice
- 4 large Lemon
- 1/2 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- 24 Fresh mint leaves
- as required Ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons LEMON SQUASH
Method
- Halve the lemons and squeeze the juice into a mixer jar. Add sugar, 20 mint leaves and blend well.
- Add some ice cubes and blend again. Add lemon squash and blend again till the ice is completely crushed.
- Pour into 4 stemmed glasses and serve immediately garnished with a mint leaf. You can also shape the mixture into quenelles, freeze and then serve.
