Ingredients list for Lemon And Fresh Turmeric Pickle

  • 500 grams Lemon
  • 250 grams Fresh Turmeric peeled
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons Salt

Method

  1. Cut each lemon into 8 equal pieces. Add salt and let it marinate for 10-12 hours.
  2. Slice turmeric thinly and add to the lemons. Add red chilli powder, split mustard seeds, mustard powder, fenugreek powder, kasoori methi powder and mix well.
  3. Add turmeric powder and mix. Add sesame oil and mix well.
    Transfer into a pickle jar and let it stand for a few days before serving.
