Ingredients list for Lemon And Fresh Turmeric Pickle
- 500 grams Lemon
- 250 grams Fresh Turmeric peeled
- 3 1/2 teaspoons Salt
Method
- Cut each lemon into 8 equal pieces. Add salt and let it marinate for 10-12 hours.
- Slice turmeric thinly and add to the lemons. Add red chilli powder, split mustard seeds, mustard powder, fenugreek powder, kasoori methi powder and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder and mix. Add sesame oil and mix well.
Transfer into a pickle jar and let it stand for a few days before serving.
