Ingredients for Leftover Chicken Toast - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Leftover chicken curry as required

  • Footlong bread 1

  • Butter as required

  • Cherry tomatoes quartered 5-6

  • Processed cheese as required

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped as required


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C.

Step 2

Cut thin slices of the bread, keep them on a baking tray and spread a thin layer of butter over them. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and toast for 5-6 minutes.

Step 3

Spread a generous layer of chicken curry over each of them. Place a few cherry tomato pieces over each slice, grate cheese directly over them and sprinkle a little coriander leaves over each slice.

Step 4

Keep the tray back in the preheated oven and bake for 6-7 minutes.

Step 5

Arrange them on a serving platter and serve immediately.
